Job Description

    * Check & complete Finance master data attributes, for single creation/modification, mass creation/modification, and data cleansing, etc. Data Steward supports operational Teams by financial master data records creation and keeping them up-to-date in both: central repository and federated ERP systems. Data Steward ensures that financial master data of outside group vendors and/or inside group partners (vendors & customers) is being created and maintained with the highest accuracy and quality accordingly to a set of global rules defined by Global Group Data Owner. Timeliness and accuracy of financial master data management is a key objective of this position. Data Steward is responsible to continuously and proactively propose process compliance level & process efficiency improvements to Data Owner based on his experience and day-to-day interactions with data end-users. Data Steward is the guarantor of frequent data quality control and escalation of any quality, compliance and control issues discovered (based on a root cause analysis) to Data Owner. Understanding of other finance process (AP, CBT) and impact of master data attributes on other linked processes., *Graduate with hands on experience on vendor master process
