Data Steward Analyst Data Governance and Stewardship Technology, Data & Information Management Centre of Expertise (TDIM CoE) (Bangalore)What this job involves:About the role#JLLTechAmbitions

  • We are looking for a Data Quality and Governance Analyst to join our technology Data & Information Management organization in Bangalore, India. We are seeking candidates who are self-starters and can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • The role will have wide range of responsibilities in a variety of areas including data manipulation, researching multiple data sources to support Master Data Management, analysis, data quality Monitoring and remediation
  • The role will add immense value to the role holder through enhancement of Technical knowledge, research skills and exposure to technologies suite in the PropTech domain.
Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Monitor the data quality for critical data classes using custom built data quality platform.
  • Data Quality Remediation: Review data quality exceptions, remediate and enrich the data using research on proprietary platforms and open source information on the web.
  • Data Stewardship: Able to perform data stewardship and enrichment/enhancements on internal JLL data using information from proprietary/reliable sources on the web.
  • Ensure proper escalation, prioritization and remediation of data quality issues.
  • Extract and validate data, develop understanding of underlying data quality issues.
  • Contribute towards enhancing/improving existing stewardship processes
  • Provide on-going support to projects within the organization.
  • Communicate with Business Stakeholders about data issues.
  • Serve as SME on requisite Data Sources and mentor other data stewards
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:Experience & Education
  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • 4 years of work experience in the fields of data analysis, data management , Data Quality Management or data stewardship
  • Experience with standard data entry systems. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of standard analytic/reporting systems Experience using SQL or other programming languages and understanding of Database concepts
Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Self-motivated, curious and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully in a dynamic environment, and effectively prioritize and manage workload to meet timelines.
  • Effective Communicator
  • Working and conceptual knowledge of databases.
  • Experience in accessing and executing end user reports and dashboards from any reporting tool is a plus.
