Role Overview:You are a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving solutions in Finance. As a Data Visualization - Analyst in the Data Visualization team at our firm, you will play a crucial role in defining, refining, and delivering set goals to promote profitability and efficiency in the Commercial Banking organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting new dashboard design/development, improving existing dashboards/reports, managing data initiatives, and offering automation capabilities for reports/dashboards.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve problems through data analysis and visualizations.- Build and maintain Qlik/Tableau dashboards to provide information that drives business decisions and efficiencies.- Query, analyze, and transform complex data sets to enhance dashboard flexibility and performance.- Ensure Qlik/Tableau development aligns with best practices and standards defined by the Banking Analytics team.- Present data and analysis clearly to senior leadership for informed decision-making.- Stay updated on new processes, technology, and best practices in data analytics and science.- Support growth opportunities for your team members and challenge them to maximize engagement and productivity.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end data & analytics implementations.- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Computer Engineering/Math & Statistics/Business Management/Statistics/Economics/IT/Finance.- Proficient in data warehouse and analytics tools, with hands-on experience in Qlik/Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx.- Experience in optimizing data models, developing dashboards, and data architecture.- Strong load script development skills, including loading data from multiple sources and managing complex data models.Company Details:JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a renowned financial institution offering innovative solutions to millions of customers worldwide.
