Mandatory: Over 7+ years of Experience on Oracle Database Administration + Detailed and well understanding of Oracle GRID, RAC & RDBMS architecture + Should possess strong experience on 10g/11g/12c Installation/Configuration, patching, cloning, upgrade, maintenance. + OEM Monitoring & configuration of targets, metrics, alerts, rules. Needs extensive hands on experience as Oracle Database Administrator (10g/11g/12c) + Strong performance tuning/troubleshooting skills with Oracle 10g, 11g R2 / 12c RAC environments + Patching Standalone and RAC databases with multiple node environments + Sound or good knowledge Oracle performance tuning (instance/sql), well acquainted with tools like : OEM, AWR, ADDM, tkprof etc. + Database cloning, RMAN cloning, Active database cloning +Excellent skills in troubleshooting and analyzing the incidents +Excellent skills in the performance tuning of the database (oracle) and SQLs +Thorough knowledge of Oracle OEM, ASM, Datapump, Partitioning, Materialized views +Working Knowledge of configuring Data Guard Physical Standby Database / Logical Standby database, using offline backup, RMAN, Active/duplicate database etc. Good to Have: Exposure to exadata database administration & management Clear understanding of Operating Systems architecture, TNS layer, Client/Server Architecture, and Hardware (Servers, SAN, Network) . Ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve live database systems issues using tools like OEM, dbms packages. SQLT etc. Acquainted with Release cycles - Dev/QA/UAT/Perf/Prod etc. Excellent technical knowledge gained from hands on role within a global organization. Skills must be current and include; Minimum 7+ years experience in a mission critical environment Experience on other databases like MS SQL / Sybase/BigData Hadoop Admin databases is a plus,
