Job Description

  • Project Role :Database Administrator
  • Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : o Functioning with application developers to be able to create optimized queries o Crafting table indexes to help in improving the databases performance o Encoding views, several stored procedures, and functions o Construing the query plans, altering the indexes, and troubleshooting the performance holdups Thorough knowledge of various Indexes, JOINS when to use what and what not to use o Develop and deploy SSIS Package
      • Technical Experience : 1Provide Relational Database Management System administration and analysis support for a SQL Server Enterprise database 2Work with Data Architect,Operations DBA Help analyze the SQL Server database architecture and recommend and implement changes in processes, configuration, software, and hardware as needed 3Participate in technical working groups to assist in identification of issues and development of solutions for the SQL Server Database system 4Provide technical recommendations
