Job Description

Role : Delivery ManagerWe are looking to hire Delivery Manager with 12-18 years of experience in Bangalore locationRoles & Responsibilities :

  • Review project trackers across multiple streams/modules on a regular basis.
  • Recommend corrective actions to resolve escalated / highlighted issues
  • Should have strong knowledge of Telecom End to End systems
  • Share and present status report to the relevant stakeholders in order to identify deviations and take corrective actions for smooth project flow.
  • Monitor and track project to ensure adherence to Budget/Schedule/Time/ SLAs
  • Experience working in Onsite and offshore model
  • Working experience with HP ALM
  • Experience in preparing Testing Technical Documents, Test plans, User requirements
  • Identify project risks and take steps for mitigation
  • Provide support in addressing escalations / complaints and expectations as raised by customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Defining and managing the program testing approach
  • Looking for gaps across the program
  • Your level of involvement is in strategy, planning, dependency management and influencing
  • Addresses the integrated testing needs of the program
