Job Description

Pre-requisites for Business Support role:

  • Operations and PnL heavy background
  • 10 years Operations and Finance Management experience
  • Excellent written & oral communication
  • Stakeholder management
KRA measured on:
  • Financial parameters (Revenue, Margins, CSAT)
  • Reporting and dashboarding.
  • Collections and managing cost of delivery proactively.
  • 360 degree view of the Pn
  • Full clarity of PnL and ability to drive improvement areas.
  • Process driven (ensure change management, release management, incident SOP etc are defined and followed, put in controls to avoid human errors in production). The SOPs will need to be shared with the client as well.
  • Escalate (ask for help) at appropriate time
  • Invoicing and collections (while there are separate teams doing this, ADH will have to remain involved so that the same can be done).
  • Drive improvement in Delivery parameters through proactive proposals and identifications
