Roles and Responsibility :Job ProfileResponsible for Formal casual Department brand.Team management.Team motivation.Maintain SOP Process.Team Player.Store opening and closing process.Managing team of 20 people.Ensure that timely Replenishment stock all over BrandMaintaining the VM.Ensure that all my staff aware about Product Knowledge.Respect for all team members including House Keeping, Security staff & motivate to work as team.Ensure that my staff are always smiling when greeting customersTake feedback from customers to improve store operations.Ensure that price and promotions running in my stores are clearly displayed communicated to all customersWork towards reducing dump, shrink and losses from the startEnsure health and safety requirements are fully compliantMonitor the feedback from staff and customers on the store products and services and give feedback to the relevant area where requiredSetting goals for the retail sales teams.Providing outstanding customer service.Effectively managing staff members.Identifying new sources of revenue.Supervising stock control.Reviewing the sales performance of the store and staff for the previous day and week.Ensuring that stock levels are constantly maintained and that there are no shortages.Carrying out staff appraisals and performance reviews.Desired Candidate :Experience- Minimum 3 yearsIndustry- Retail (Apparel only)Location- Hyderabad & Andhra PradeshCTC- Upto 3.4 LExcellent communication,
