Deputy General Manager - Partner Delivery

Job Description

• The responsibility of the Partner Delivery Manager is to provide leadership to the TAF Partner programe, as well as overseeing End to end T &T for Datacenter, SAP Basis, Network and Digital Workplace.
• He/she owns the transition from planning to execution of mile stones, during the transformation phase He / She is accountable for evaluation, design, and analysis fit for purpose enterprise wide platforms for data center. He / She has to ensure Implementation of transformation strategy in order to achieve business benefits.
• Co-own the transition plan together with TAF Partners to ensure seamless transition.
• Risk analysis and mitigation to minimize it during the transition.
• Harmonize different stake holders / technical team to provide required solution.
• Understand and support TAF partner in strategic and business area.
• Co-own transformation plan and support TAF partner by providing strategy.
• Be the successes enabler between business and TAF partner for transition and transformation
• Ensure compliance and security of T&T
• Provide technical and tactical leadership to Domain Architect.
• Balance between fit-for-propose and standardized solution.
• Acting as the prime interface for senior management in terms of Service Transition planning and reporting
• Ensuring all organizational policies and procedures are followed throughout transition
• Managing the contracts and related Change request, locally and globally.

Key performance indicators and metrics in respective technical services

• Primary key performance indicators (KPIs) for Transition Planning and Support include:
• Data Centre Consolidation >> Factory Model
• End-to-End Project management for T&T
• Architecture reengineering & simplification
• TCO Evaluation [ FDC vs DHC Cloud / Azure ]
• Evaluation FOSS & API integration
• Responsible for TAF co-ordination with local HOD from LOM
• Application Sun down & merger
• Project and service team satisfaction with the Service Transition practices.

Skills Required

• Horizontal Know-how on complete SAP, Database, Datacenter Stack E.g. OpenStack, Network, Server, virtualization, Storage, Middleware, Container etc.
• People and talent management
• Have good understanding of various operational and technology transformations applicable in Infrastructure Services
• Understand enterprise architecture in sustainable models as part of a holistic big picture
• Can represent individual Domain Architect to Business or TAF partner to manage complexity
• Expert in understanding and communicating the business value of standardization and transformation
• Consult, Negotiate and influence Stake holder
• Is capable to transfer best practices, experiences and knowledge to others
• Experience in large scale transition
• Communicates clearly, precisely, convincingly and appropriately to the situation
• Analytical skills enable situations to be quickly grasped, structured and reacted to quickly
• Advanced level of English
