1. Have very good experience in testing, validation & debugging (in both PCB level and unit/system level) of all power converters (AC-DC, DCDC), Inverters. 2. Have good knowledge of basic power converter topologies, operation & control methods/ algorithms 3. Have good hands on experience in handling test instruments like Oscilloscope, spectrum analyser, power supplies, multi-meter, function generator, thermal couples, Data acquisition equipment etc. 4. Hands on experience in EMI/EMC, Environmental testing of Power converters w.r.t. global standards is added advantage 5. Knowledge on different communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN is added advantage 6. Shall be able to perform Worst-case analysis & complete validation for any electronic modules 7. Should have experience in analysing & problem solving using tools like 8D, Cause Effect analysis, 5why etc. 8. Reverse engineering/Benchmarking & debugging skills of Power converters 9. Hand on experience in PCBA Board bring up, preparation of Test setup/ Test jig, Rig up circuits & testing. 10. Preparation of design verification & validation documents 11. Ability to interact with cross functional teams effectively 12. Good Communication and Inter-personal skills,
