1. Is primarily responsible for ensuring that all materials management activities with respect to project deliverables for the new Project are met without deviations from the agreed targets, This is done primarily by defining and accepting QCD from the project leader. 2. Needs to have in depth knowledge on methods of injection moulding, SMC proecss (Plastic Skin panels), rubber parts, decals, etc. Also he should have complete knowledge methods of TRIMS RM, grade of RM inline to autotive standrads. 3. Prepare and Maintain, analyse & present all project related MIS of suppliers like Tooling / FTG Investments, Part Prices, Payment Release, Quality performance, MOQ, etc. 4. Planning of project & part development activities including Proto parts, toolings, PPAP & ramp-up for concerned projects, to meet the project timelines through monitoring development activities, which eventually helps in the execution of project of project deliverables. 5. Understanding the supplier base, understanding the global new technologies and technology movement with respect to competition. 6. Monitoring and ensuring, part development status and technical support to the suppliers and the associates in Material team to ensure defect free parts as per quality, time & cost targets are developed and the project timelines are met.,
