Job Description

1. Service & Spares planning of critical implement for season (TMCH , Thresher , Straw Reaper , Gyrovator, Square Baler , Potato planter , MB Plough , Laser leveler etc.)2. Creation of Service level agreement with suppliers to ensure smooth working in season3. MTTR of all implements within 48 hours by ensuring collaboration with front end , spares and field team4. Ensuring technical capability enhancement of Front end teamSeason Planning: Work with Front end and Plan the recommended and critical Spare parts at dealers, Distributors and dealers so as to cater the season requirement of Various product line5. R&D Projects: Support R&D projects from Customer Care perspective and Service readiness of all new launch products.6. Preparation of Service bulletin of all ECN and circulation to field team7. Service readiness: Seeding machines Product performance and ORC creation & tracking of products8. Strategizing and Designing schemes to liquidate spares before season9. Collaboration with quality and purchase to take back credit of warranty claims from supplier10. Preparation of technical literature for all critical implements11. Ensuring prompt resolution of Customer & Dealer concerns related to products12. Analyzing various product failures at the field and recommending modifications and product up gradationto enhance the customer satisfaction level13. Handling multiple products during season and response time of less than 48 Hours14. Handling manpower during season for quick service to customers,
