Job Description

    *
    • Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
    • Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations,
    • production lines
    • Be responsible for collecting and analysing data associated with machine Availability, OEE, reliability- MTBF & MTTR. Conduct RCA and implement actions to prevent the failures.
    • Work with Supplier & Industrial team for DAP, Qualification and to improve efficiency for new/transferred lines
    • Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
    • Identify & Develop solution to drive predictive maintenance
    • Work with Cyber security Site leader (CSL) and related teams to implement & Manage cybersecurity related activities
    • Plan & Execute Preventive maintenance
    • Work closely with cross functional team to improve Safety, Quality & Delivery performance
    • Involve in Equipment design/Process change during new/transfer projects and ongoing process improvements
    • Be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program to drive productivity through Machine Efficiency
    • Prepare Autonomous Maintenance and train Production & Maintenance team
    • Spare parts management - Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
    • Could manage functionally a team of Maintenance Technician, according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant

    • Diploma in Mechatronics / EEE
    • Minimum 3 Years of hands on experience in Manufacturing equipment maintenance
    • Hands on experience in Industrial Automation systems - PLC&HMI Programming, Vision System, Industrial Scanner, Label Printers and test instruments (Powers Source & Reference, Multimeters)
    • Knowledge and experience in TPM
    • Effective Problem-solving skills
    • Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
