Job Description

    *
      • Procurement Manager to Support Costa mesa and Mexico supply chain operations from Bangalore Location
      • Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance (ISSR, S-OTD & U-OTD). Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions. Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy.)
      • Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters.
      • Ensure needs / resources balance (MRP,.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer s needs (customer order + CCMPS) and the replenishment backlog.
      • Ensure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
    • Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP ( Master Production Schedule )
    • Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, . ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products
    • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
    • Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans
    • Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirement while reducing the unhealthy stock.
