We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals to join our team in Bangalore.If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of secured lending products, we want to meet you!About the Role:As a Deputy Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our secured loans business. You will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and expanding our customer base for products like Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and Secured Business Loans.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the sales of Home Loans, LAP, and other mortgage products to achieve and exceed business targets.
    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and productivity.
    • Channel Management: Develop and manage various sales channels, including Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), connectors, and other intermediaries to generate business.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
    • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to formulate effective sales strategies.
    • Process & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications are processed smoothly and adhere to the companys credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Lead Generation: Actively source new clients and business opportunities through networking and field activities.
    Required Candidate Profile:
    • Qualification: A Bachelors degree is mandatory.
    • Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven sales experience in Secured Loans is a must.
    • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Loans is essential.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • A strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners.
    • Mindset: Must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and a target-driven approach.
