Understand Project requirements and design high performance CMOS Analog and Mixed Signal Circuits ranging from Blocks to Full Chip Level.- Involve in Circuit Design, Simulation, Layout, Verification, etc.- Follow the Project Execution Plan, Project Schedule, Work Assignment and EDA tool usage plan.- Active Participation in Customer Project Reviews.- Circuit Development in technologies with feature size 0.18um, 150nm, 90nm, 65nm CMOS, BiCMOS Process etc.- Support Senior members of the team in Project planning and execution.- Mentor and Guide Junior members of the team.Required Skillset / Qualifications in detail- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics.- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Design.- Understanding and hands on experience of designing blocks of some of the sub-systems like I nteger-N PLLs, Fractional-N PLLs , CDRs, SerDes, LVDS, HDMI, Serial I/Os, and Other Analog Blocks like Switched Capacitor Circuits, Ring Oscillators, LC VCOs, Operational amplifiers, Comparators, Voltage and Current Reference circuits etc. - Knowledge of High Speed, Low Power CMOS Design Techniques.- Must have worked on some of the Technologies like: 65nm, 90nm, 130nm, 0.18um, 0.25um CMOS, BiCMOS Process etc.- Must have participated in Successful Tape-outs.- Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills to ensure that the project schedules and specifications are in line with the client requirement.- Must have thorough working knowledge of CAD tools like CADENCE DFII, Analog Artist, Spectre, Spectre RF, HSPICE, Ultrasim, Nanosim, HSIM, Virtuoso-LE, Virtuoso-XL, Assura, Calibre .- Should have knowledge of some of the scripting and modelling languages like Ocean, Verilog-A etc.- Must have strong knowledge of MOS Device Physics, Analog Circuits and Switched Capacitor Circuits.- Strong team and interpersonal skills.- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.,
