And going forward, roll out the standardised templates. Reporting to the City GM. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be an exceptional designer with a keen eye to detail. You are responsible to ensure the correctness of project drawings. You need to validate the drawings - prepared by the designers - before they are issued to contractor or they go for production. You will report to the City GM or City Head and work with him/ her to identify the training needs of the designers on the technical front. This is not a customer facing role but is extremely important for us as it plays a critical role in ensuring smooth transition from the design to production/ execution phase. You have strong verbal and written english communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently. You have 4-7 years experience in residential interior design. You have strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles. You should have extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality. You are an expert in communicating designs to contractors through detailed drawings. You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Thank you for applying.
