    Greetings From Aatral Technologies IndiaWe are Hiring for # Desktop Support Engineer #Bangalore locationSkill : # Desktop Support Engineer #Experience : 1 to 3 YrsLocation : #Bangalore, Work from officesNotice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysCTC : Upto 2.4 LRoles and Responsibilities:
    1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
      • Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
      • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
      • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
    2. User Support & Issue Resolution:
      • Respond to user queries via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely resolution of issues.
      • Assist users with password resets, system access, and basic IT-related problems.
      • Guide employees on best practices for IT security and software usage.
    3. System Installation & Configuration:
      • Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and workstations for employees.
      • Perform system upgrades, software patches, and security updates.
      • Maintain inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment.
    4. Network & Connectivity Support:
      • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
      • Assist with network printer and file-sharing configurations.
      • Work with the IT team to maintain network security and firewall settings.
    5. Data Backup & Security:
      • Ensure proper backup of critical data and files.
      • Implement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive information.
      • Support antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
    6. Documentation & Reporting:
      • Maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions.
      • Document troubleshooting steps and prepare user manuals as needed.
      • Report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
    7. Collaboration & Coordination:
      • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
      • Work closely with IT administrators for system maintenance and support.
      • Provide training to employees on basic IT usage and troubleshooting.
