Job Description

Your key responsibilities

• Design and Conduct Cloud and DevOps maturity assessment.
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, reliable and scalable application/system deployments across multiple cloud platforms.
• Must possess excellent automation skills and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes.
• Own and automate infrastructure provisioning, demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Build tools and automation to improve system s observability, availability, reliability, performance latency and monitoring.
• Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices.
• Establishing a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes.
• Actively participated in high level team activities such as suggesting Architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting DevOps/DevSecOps tool stack evaluations.
• Must be served as a hands-on subject matter expert for DevOps/DevSecOps and Automation in an Azure, AWS and GCP infrastructure.
• For Architecting end to end CI/CD Solution for automating software delivery for various clients in on-prem and Cloud.
• Strong knowledge around Azure, AWS & GCP cloud services and the cloud ecosystems.
• Continuous Integration practices and concepts including Automated Builds, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing and Configuration management.
• Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and Providing technical solution for the new clients to setup the DevOps process.
• Hands of experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline in On-Prem and Cloud platforms.
• Hands on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline for technology stack like: Java, Angular, .Net, Python, Bigdata.
• Integrating Security tools in the CI/CD Pipeline such as SonarQube, CheckMarx, WhiteSource, Veracode, Fortify etc.
• Implementing containerized solution using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Ansible, Chef, Puppet for the managing and building the infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, NewRelic etc.
• Should have good knowledge on the Branching Strategies.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and vendors.
• Experience working in a consulting environment preferred.
• Team player, ability to be able to work with virtual teams
• Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BTech/MTech OR Master s in Computer Applications
• 10-15 years of sound industry experience.
• Strong architecture & hands-on experience on any one Public Cloud environment (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong architecture & hands-on on setting up CI/CD pipeline in on-prem and Cloud.
• Served as a hands-on subject matter expert for DevOps/DevSecOps and Automation in an Azure, AWS and GCP infrastructure.
