MS Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is the global technology department responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) business. The department is comprised of 10 organizations: Sales, Banking & Corporate-Client Technology, Investment Products & Markets Technology, Client Reporting, Core Processing, Private and International Wealth Management Technology, Technology Integration Office, Enterprise Infrastructure & Production Management, Capital Markets Application & Data Services, Deployment Planning & Release Management, and the Chief Operating Office. AI/NLP/Virtual Assistant Technology AI/NLP/Assistant Technology team is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm s WM Technology Division. We are responsible for creating Client facing and field facing Chatbots using in house as well as vendor products. Team uses cutting edge innovative AI/NLP technology in building Virtual Assistants to support multiple business units like Wealth Management Operations and Wealth Management Research. If you are an exceptional individual who is interested in solving complex problems and building sophisticated solutions in a dynamic team environment, AI/NLP/Virtual Assistant technology is the place for you.AI/NLP Developer This position will help with development of virtual assistant using natural language processing and artificial intelligence systems. You will work with multi-functional engineering, Knowledge Management, project management and QA teams. You help build product and identify quality issues and deliver an outstanding Chatbot experience., *Proven experience in working with NLP, AI systems. Expert in Python, SQL, Java script, knowledge of SQL is plus.5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining a chatbot using any tool and should be adept in API integration.Proven python coding skills to move and transform data from multiple sources to a data store/warehouseGood to have statistics knowledge, such as hypothesis testing, experimental design and sample size determinationExcellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peersCreativity to engineer novel features and signals, and to push beyond current tools and approaches3+ years of experience to work with and manage offshore and onshore teams on multiple projects/tasks as neededDesired Skills:3-5 years of experience within the financial services industryExperience of DevOps processUI experience is a plus.Experience of working in Agile setup
