Job Description

*Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., *Looking for an energetic individual who would serve as an Genesys IVR and routing Developer in Next Generation Contact Center (NGCC) project and partner closely with the Technical Architect, Business Architect, Business Analysts, as well as Development and Testing leads. This resource will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Candidate must have worked on Genesys platform
  • Should have hands on experience for last 4-5 years on Developing Genesys IVR and routing Application using SCXML and VXML(Work Flow/Call Flow creation) using composer 8.x
  • Experience in Developing and troubleshooting the Genesys voice platform application and functional testing for Inbound voice
  • Integration with backend CRM using Webservices, DB lookup, Genesys call recording and Genesys reporting
  • should have hands on experience using GAX and/or GA for configuration creation/changes
  • Candidate must be aware and should have worked on Genesys contact center technologies implementations like
    • Inbund Voice: IVR,
    • Outbund Voice: Call back /Campaign
    • Genesys eServices: Email/Chat/Scial media integration
    • Intelligent Call Ruting
    • Genesys Agent Desktp (WDE/WWE)
  • Development and testing using Web services and SOAP Genesys GVP, Composer, Web Services Block, Work Flow/Call Flow creation, Routing is preferred
  • Genesys Call recording knowledge is a plus
  • Must have knowledge on Call transfer/conference/consult works in Genesys frame work .
  • Must have strong knowledge on designing and developing Genesys reporting applications using STAT server, CCA, Data Mart, ICON, Infomart
In addition, this individual must have the following experiences:
  • Successful experience in creating, maintaining, and supporting complex requirements
  • Responsible for delivering complex CRM integration solutions,
  • Design, develop and implement suites for WWE enchantments
  • Collaborating with business customers to gather and document business requirements.
  • Actual experience with Waterfall and / or Agile development methodologies.
