We re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.We re looking for an Operations Specialist (DevOps), who ll be responsible for design and development of Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Platform Services.You ll be part of the Signify R&D Bangalore and its responsibilities are architecture, design, development and automation, so Innovation and passion for technology must be in your DNA.What you ll doAs part of the Global Software Operations team, you will be responsible for the provision of our professional web-based services to our business customers. We are rolling out our services in various regions of the world and you will be in the center of our support activities in Asia. There is no problem you cannot solve - an international multi-disciplined operations team across the globe will work with you hand in hand. The starting point of your career will be in the Asian Operation Centre where you familiarize with the services and help to set up the cloud infrastructure for our worldwide services.

• You will the central contact point for cloud-security and you work with the global team to improve the security of all our services.You will investigate possibilities of reusing existing knowledge within domain, recognize trends and the needs for new developments in the discipline. You will also cooperate with other experts in the domain.
• You will continuously develop technical capability, initiate and give direction to future oriented studies and competence development.
• You will be highly active in the cloud community inside Signify and raise the department s competence in this important domain by signalling relevant opportunities and giving direction to competence development projects
• You will also contribute in the acquisition of new assignments e.g. by initiating project proposals!

What you ll needAs Software-Operations Security Specialist you are an all-rounder with a focus on security and have experience in most of the following areas:

• 5 years of experience building and managing CI/CD workflows and complex system integrations.
• Strong architectural background in Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenShift etc.
• Experience in writing any two of scripting - Shell, Python, PowerShell, Ruby etc.
• Experienced in DevOps tools like JIRA, Rally, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, SVN, Maven, Nexus, Docker, SonarQube, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Kubernetes, Mesos etc.
• Strong expertise in Automation and Configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, CloudFormation & ARM templates Strong understanding of container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, AKS etc.
• Good awareness of DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and tools like Azure DevOps(VSTS), Jira Knowledge ofcloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA, etc
• Strong understanding and knowledge of offerings like Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS etc.
• Experience in building a DevOps culture into distributed teams Dev & Ops teams.
• In-depth knowledge in cloud security covering technical and operational aspects
• Devops mindset automation of deployments and regular operational activities
• Linux and windows server administration
• Problem solving attitude and flexibility
• Complex software and network architecture
• Optionally, an ITIL foundation certification
• Agile software environment and continuous deployment
• Good communication skills
• Language skills: Fluent English a must, other languages a plus.

• Programming and Automation abilities.
• Certifications/Patents on upcoming/New Gen technologies, Cloud Platforms, Containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of legacy applications.
• Contributions to open source community.
