Your focus will be on managing sustaining team execution across projects, ensuring compliance, resource alignment, and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational excellence. Heres what you can expect in this role:**Key Responsibilities:**- Manages sustaining team execution across projects and priorities- Allocates resources to meet operational and business goals- Ensures adherence to design control and compliance standards- Develops staff through coaching and performance feedback- Aligns sustaining work with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory strategies- Tracks KPIs for delivery, cost, and compliance- Represents function in audits and reviews**Qualifications:**To stand out in this role, you should possess:- Team leadership, project prioritization, and resource allocation skills- Knowledge of design control, quality systems, and sustaining compliance governance- Ability to coach engineers, conduct performance evaluations, and build capability- Cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams- Experience in delivery and monitoring of operational KPIs (cost, compliance, schedule)- Representation of the function in audits, reviews, and leadership discussions**Additional Details:**Zimmer Biomet offers a work location in Bangalore with a hybrid work mode (3 days in office).
