Job Description

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWho you are: You would get the opportunity to design and develop assets and solutions on top of the IBM Cloud Pak for Automation Platform using cutting edge technology like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. You would get extensive opportunities to work with clients and partners, understand the automation trends in the industry and use that understanding to build state of the art Automation solutions that accelerate adoption of the IBM Automation platform. What you ll do: 1. Design and develop assets/solutions/accelerators using the IBM DBA platform 2. Collaborate with partners to understand the Automation requirements of clients 3. Hands on involvement in deployment of the assets 4. Excellent prototyping skills and ability to generate quick prototypes to demonstrate concepts 5. Lead a team of developers and provide them day to day guidance and direction towards achieving milestones How we ll help you grow:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 7-11 years of proven experience in one or more of Python, Java development using Eclipse, Maven and Gradle. Writing JUnit test suites
  • 7-11 years of proven experience in J2EE, Server-side debugging skills, Spring Framework
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in working with UI technologies like Javascript, REACT, Dojo, Node etc
  • Expert in Web services, REST, JAXB, Swagger / OpenAPI
  • Exposure to DBA technology like Business Automation Workflow, Filenet Content Manager, DataCap, Operational Decision Making etc would be an added advantage
  • Good practical understanding of Linux and container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
  • WAS Container configuration and administration, Weblogic administration
  • Security understanding - SSO, LTPA
  • Understanding of how Jenkins work and its job administration
  • Debugging skills using Fiddler
  • Tools like SOAP UI, RESTClient Poster
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead, guiding and mentoring junior developers
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Familiarity in understanding Machine Learning frameworks and models
  • Knowledge of detection algorithms including Classification, scene understanding, object detection classes of algorithms
  • Familiarity with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath
