  • At least 12+ year in a technical/analytical role
  • Great team-player with the ability to work independently
  • Aptitude to pick up new technologies and/or skills in a short period of time
  • Experience in both designing and implementing large software solutions
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Java 8
  • Extensive knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Security
  • TDD mindset, focusing on quality and delivery
  • Collaborate with other teams (Product Management, Solution Architecture, Customer Integration, Support and so on) to define success criteria, establish priorities and distil business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills the ability to think out of the box to provide creative solutions to technology challenges
  • An interest in learning the surrounding business domain and its problems to better tailor the solutions
  • Experience managing a mature Agile Software Development Life Cycle
  • Extensive knowledge of designing secure enterprise applications.
  • Establishing / modifying good practices and processes for designing, coding and sharing communication management etc
What you bring:Technical Skills Required
  • Strong knowledge on development using Java8 and micro services
  • Strong knowledge on Spring cloud, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring Security
  • Strong knowledge on RDMS and No SQL systems
  • Good to have experience in data analytics and Big Data.
  • Good knowledge on UI technologies like Angular JS, Bootstrap, Node.js HTML5 etc
  • Strong knowledge in developing REST APIs and cloud-based solutions using AWS
  • Good to have skills on KAFKA and Kubernetes
  • Delivering business intelligence and visualization solutions on top of big data platforms
  • Strong knowledge on repository management using Maven or Gradle and proficient in branching strategies.
  • Good knowledge on Container Technologies like OpenShift/Docker is preferable
  • Experience in developing fail-safe and resilient enterprise applications.
  • Good knowledge on how to control IT infrastructure with Ansible tower.
  • Good knowledge of building, changing, and versioning infrastructure using terraform.
  • Proficient in enterprise design patterns.
