Job Description

    Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occurEnsure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third partiesProactively follow the solution progress of incidentsResponsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of errorkeep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidentsFollow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request ManagementEvangelize best practices and methodologiesIdentify opportunities to automate processes and proceduresCultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutionsProvide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members, *Mandatory Requirements :
    • Knowledge in IaC tools (Puppet, Ansible etc)
    • Experience in server and application-status monitoring
    • Experience in Build Automation Server : Jenkins/ Sonar
    • Experience in Container Management: Docker/ Kubernetes/ Openshift
    • Knowledge with Gradle, Maven and Ant
    • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline is must
    • Expertise in handling IBM products (like IBM WAS)
    • Knowledge in Oracle is must
    • Should be comfortable with Linux environment
    • PDE build is added advantage
    • Expertise in software development methodologies
    • Experience in at least one of the scripting languages(like Groovy)
    • Experience in versioning tools like Git/SVN
    • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
    Nice To have :Experience of Agile/SCRUM way of workingKnowledge on Cloud & ContainerKnowledge of Java / J2EE & JavaScripts
