Job Description

Technical/Functional SkillsJava, Python Experience Required

  • At-least 4 years of experience with DevOps [CI/CD/Ansbile]
  • Good understanding and technical background in Application Performance Monitoring
  • Experience with monitoring application technologies (Java, Python)
  • Exposure to Middleware components such as WebServer, AppServer.
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills and team player.
Roles & Responsibilities Key responsibility is to track and manage health of various prod and pre-prod environments in coordination with SRE - Keep tracker updated with host list - Ensure health of the environment including making Splunk, AppDynamics and other monitoring tools are in place and functioning - Send reports confirming manual or automated validation of the above - Work with SRE or Production Support teams to remedy issues when observed There are some various simple ask to begin with but hopefully it can grow in complexity and responsibilities. - The person has to be self-motivated and able to deal with ambiguity since in the beginning at least we may only be able to offer problem statements but not specific task.
  • Strategic thinking and critical problem solving skills are essential.
  • Work collaboratively with other support teams.
