Controls user access and passwords. Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Monitors usage and performance. Trains personnel on system usage. Survey Tip: If hardware or software systems are used outside of development engineering function, match to Network Systems Administrator (6hidden_mobile) or Database Administrator (6hidden_mobile).Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing DevOps infrastructure including VMware cluster, SAN storage, fiber switches, Linux build servers - with focus on security, performance optimization, and monitoring. Job Requirements 15 years of systems administration experience Expert in Linux (mandatory) Expert in VMware (mandatory) Expert in SAN storage (mandatory - ideally Dell EMC Unity XT) Strong experience with Containers Strong experience in Scripting, Automation, and Orchestration Strong experience in Networking Strong experience in Performance Monitoring Strong experience in Security Familiarity with DevOps and Software Configuration Management a plus Familiarity with Atlassian Bitbucket/Jira/Confluence administration a big plus Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory administration a big plus Familiarity with Jenkins administration a big plus Familiarity with Perforce Klocwork administration a plusAccessibility Mavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
