Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • As a DGM/ GM Sales candidates will be based at Bangalore HQ handling Pan India business of Critical Care/ICU and Blood Plasma Products covering ICUs in Private Hospital, Corporate and Nursing Homes.
    • You will be responsible for Team Management, Sales Force effectiveness and Customer Engagement activities.
    • You will be responsible to monitor sales activities including field work of TMs/ASMs/RSMs/ZSMs, customer calls and coverage made per person per month.
    • You will be responsible to develop time bound development plan of weak territories.
    • You will measure the effectiveness of the engagement activities through retail chemist audits conducted by TMs.
    • You will be responsible for Sales management, Customer management, Team development, Distributors management.
    • You will be responsible for achieving target/ budget of sales and collection on month to month and cumulative bases.
    Desired Candidate Profile.
    • Science or Pharmacy graduate and preferably MBA with15-20 years of experience in Pharma sales handling Business of Critical Care/ICU and Blood Plasma Products covering ICUs in Private Hospital, Corporate Hospital and Nursing Homes covering Pan India.
    • You should have good experience in handling Critical Care/ICUs and Blood Plasma Products, appointment of stockiest and distributor collection of payments, launching new product.
    • You should have good experience in conducting Medical programs and Marketing activities in hospitals.
    • You should have good experience in launching new products and focusing on medical products.
    • You should good in Man Management and development of Team members.
