Key ResponsibilitiesAble to understand Vehicle Dignostics chain and corelate the validation. Responsible to triage and detect the issue from diagnostic platform, Telmatics backend data Provide domain support and collaborate with other staff to implement & fix solutions Responsible in the root cause identification process for vehicle diagnostics data Work closely with Database expert in order to identify the backend issue and provide effective closure Ensure continual knowledge management Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes Independent, resourceful, analytical and able to solve problems effectively Proactive in detecting and resolving problems and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Timely escalation of issues whenever necessary. German Language know how is added advantage, Skills Required:Minimum 4+ years experience in Vehicle Diagnostics Platform Ability to analyse and diagnos the issues and provide an appropriate solution Experience on Software validation ECU testing and functional validation and Vehicle diagnostics Knowledge on Vehicle and ECU diagnostics including CAN trace analysis, various protocol know how UDS, good hold on request/response of diagnostics Ability to understand bussiness requirements and identify the issue if deviation Experience in Database and SQL quiries Know how on scripting language Java, Python is a big plus Experience in dealing with XML data sources Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical development teams
