Job Description

    1. Should have 6- 10 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing
    2. Lead SDET with good communication skills - Written/Verbal
    3. Hands on experience in building automation framework using UFT (VB script)
    4. Hands on experience on Jira, X-ray, GIT, CI/CD process etc.
    5. Hands on experience in agile methodologies, stake holder communication, leading teams, tracking KPI s and making management reports
    6. Hands on experience in working with multiple global teams and creating Functional, Regression, End to End tests etc.
    7. Extensive experience in Web services testing using Soap UI, Postman etc.
    8. Open to learn new technologies and having a growth mindset
    Optional: -
    1. ISTQB/CSTE Certified
    2. Hands on experience on testing thick client/Window based applications
    3. Experience playing the Scrum Master/Test Manager role for at least one year
    4. Knowledge of Selenium, Jmeter, Load runner would be an advantage
    Responsibilities
    1. Create Test strategy, Test Plan and Effort estimation for all planned releases
    2. Participating in requirements discussion to understanding requirements, providing clarity to team and come up with test scenarios/test cases
    3. Work allocation to test team and mentoring team members
    4. Manual testing and Automating/executing the scripts using UFT
    5. Prepare test status reports, track metrics/KPI s etc.
    6. Ensure quality documentation of defect in JIRA
    7. Schedule jobs in Jenkins as a part of CI/CD pipeline and ensure scripts run automatically
    8. Create SOAP UI test cases for web services
    9. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and sharing timely information
    10. Supporting the Product Owner by ensuring quality delivery in all releases
