Imagine using digital technologies to disrupt the real estate investment industry.Our job in LaSalles Digital Transformation Team is to be brave and accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units. We prototype ideas, test them in real business scenarios and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centered design, and the latest rapid development techniques such as agile, microservices, and DevOps help deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses.We are building a LaSalles Digital Experience (LDX) Platform on Azure for our Digital Transformation. The LDX platform will be powered by multiple COTS/Custom Build applications and unified data and content platforms using tools like Talend, Snowflake, Looker, Liferay, Data Bricks, and others. We have set up a Global Digital Engineering Hub in Bangalore to support LaSalles Digital Transformation Programs global implementation.The position reports to the LaSalle CIO and will be working too closely with Business and Digital Technology leaders across LaSalle locations. This role will be based in Bangalore and involve some travel across LaSalle Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific officers. This close collaboration with function leads ensures a best in class service delivery and increased efficiency and productivity through Digital Transformation and Agility. The objective is to be best in class amongst our peers.Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of 100 resources in Bangalore; digital analysts, product owners, designers, cloud engineers, software engineers, business, tech SMEs
• Work with the LaSalle Digital Delivery team closely to communicate requirements clearly to developers and testers, ensure all business-related queries are resolved and support any functional testing as needed
• Ensure agile delivery of all LaSalle projects; meeting business expectations
• Reviewing, monitoring, controlling, and supporting the growth of a portfolio of digital projects to deliver them as per agreed timelines, cost, and quality parameters
• Set up the appropriate delivery structure (project, process, people) for enabling delivery
• Plan Project Reviews at appropriate frequency; closely monitor projects with Amber, Red and enables a turnaround. Manage escalations on delivery issues with customer & other stakeholders
• Work closely with other technologists to define the digital delivery strategy across digital channels Social, Mobile, Web, Data, Cloud, Analytics, etc
• Work as a team member alongside the digital team to deliver a complete solution
• Provide technical leadership to application development efforts to meet and or exceed business expectations; post-implementation hand operations. Practice agile principle on project execution
• Conduct practical requirement planning sessions and design sessions with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate a working understanding of both quality assurance and software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers, project members
• Ensures the quality and low bug rates of code released into production
• Prototyping, benchmarking, and defining specifications of the digital platforms. Accordingly, analyze and communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders

• 18 years of experience in Technology Program/Project Delivery Role; last three years in delivering digital projects in an agile way
• Experience in leading large delivery team (100 resources)
• Experience delivering digital projects in IoT/Mobile Apps/Online/Social & Digital Analytics/Cloud Platforms (preferred Azure)
• Experience delivering Custom Build Applications build using microservices architecture, APIs build, Full-Stack Javascript preferred
• Experience in a wide variety of IT Services, Cloud, Applications Cloud Services, Networking, Security, End-User Computing and Digital Business Solutions

Desired Technical Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge in Application Architecture, Application Security covering business process flows, data flows, data models
• Knowledge preferred in the following technical subjects such as Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Jenkins, Maven, NPN, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Angular 2, Node.JS, Microservices, Java, .NET, etc.
• Experience with DevOps and Cloud development tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, GIT, Confluence and Visual Studio, Eclipse. Strong understanding and knowledge of Web services, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
• Working knowledge of the following programming languages: Java, JSON, PHP, React JS, Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc. Cloud configuration management/automation tools: Ansible, Ansible Tower, Ansible Playbooks, Playbook Workflows, YAML, Puppet, etc.
• Energy, drive, and passion for working and operating in a digital world. Ability to operate in a start-up mentality and unstructured environment
• Superb written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors and between the project team and senior leadership
