This individual contributor role is part of the Finance Domain .CEO->CFO->SVP Finance Digitization ->VP Finance Systems Delivery-> IT Director -> Sr. Business AnalystAbout the role: Finance being a critical domain there are various Business as well as Digital initiatives to transform and keep the Finance Domain agile, which further enables it to provide the required decision support system to the management as well as keep it abreast with the latest in the industry. This role will be the focal point where Business requirements are analyzed to provide the right Digital direction.Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience General

  1. Total experience of 16-20 years, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  2. Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to inject optimism
  3. Ability to challenge status quo and lead discussions in the right direction
  4. Experience of working in a highly matrixed organization
  5. Ability to collaborate with various teams locally and globally to deliver best in class IT Solution
  6. Ability to influence without authority
  7. Ability to articulate their thoughts and ideas clearly
Functional
  1. Extensive knowledge in Finace, Tax and Accounting
  2. Specialization in either Tax, FP&A processes
  3. Minimum of five years experience in Business Analysis/SME role
  4. Well versed the Global Finance Accounting norms & framework
Technical
  1. Experience on SAP in the capacity of Techno Functional analyst
  2. Well versed with Business Process Management (BPM)
  3. Experience on best products that are used in the industry for Finance Tax and Accounting
  4. Knowledge of RPA and other automations from a Business/functional aspect
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Operations
  1. Understand business needs holistically and propose the most optimal technology agnostic Digital solution
  2. Simplify use every opportunity to simplify to the maximum extent possible and go the extra mile for doing so
  3. Provide the required support to Business for them to be successful in their day-to-day operations
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver best in class IT Solutions
  5. Manage Stakeholder expectations
  6. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
Management Reporting and communication
  1. Communicate and discuss with Business the latest IT trends across industry and ensure SE Businesses are on par and ahead.
  2. Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
  1. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
  2. Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA )
  3. Data Analytics How big data can assist decision support system
