Job Description

The Digital MarketingGraphic Design Specialist provides support to the global customer experience team. The successful candidate will use their design knowledge and technical skills to play a key role in creating layouts for corporate documents and marketing material. This position is also important in the maintenance of our corporate website and posting new or updated content through our CMS.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

  • Support the CSGs with all document related requests
  • Revise and update current documents as needed
  • Post finalized and approved documents
  • Work with CSGs when changes are required to product pages
  • Create new web pages in the CMS as required
  • Post documents and make changes to our Partners extranet site
  • Gather website analytics through Google Analytics
  • Update monthly reports with key analytics
  • Assist with changes to analytics and other monitoring tools
  • Schedule approved social media posts to our corporate channels
  • Create graphics and other assets related to our social media activity
  • Update monthly social media analytics reports
  • Review social media monitoring dashboard for key content
    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver)
    • Basic knowledge of HTML
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
    • Knowledge of web analytics
    • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication, problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast - paced environment
    • Creative problem - solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
    • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought - out recommendations.
    • Strong, team - oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
    • Self - directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
    • Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
