    Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at corporate office in Domlur, Bengaluru. As Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage social media platforms, analyze data, and drive innovative growth strategies. You should have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of various social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Digital Marketing Department Oversight: Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department, including marketing database management, email and display advertising campaigns, website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), online reputation management (ORM), and other related activities.
    2. Social Media and Online Presence: Plan, manage, and enhance the organizations presence on social media platforms including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with audience.
    3. Budget Management Developing and monitoring campaign budgets to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
    4. Team Development: Building & leading an in-house digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    5. Understanding Audience Behavior: Demonstrating a strong understanding of social sentiment, viral marketing, and user behaviour in a digital environment. Brainstorm with team members to create innovative growth strategies.
    6. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborating with advertising & media experts to enhance marketing results, achieve our objectives
    7. Content Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in crafting Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media content, blog posts. Evaluating important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, target audience engagement.
    8. Lead Generation and SEO Management: Handling SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Ensure high-quality lead generation from legitimate digital media sources to increase admissions and engagement along with handling SEO efforts to improve online visibility.
    9. Performance Analysis and Reporting Preparing accurate reports on the overall performance of our marketing campaigns, analysing data, and providing insights to improve future strategies.
    10. Data Analysis: Analyzing data and reporting on insights, including website traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
    11. Responsively and appropriately address questions, comments from social media followers in a timely & appropriate manner.
