    • 5years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and 3years exp in performance marketing
    • Strong hands-on experience inMeta AdsandGoogle Ads
    • Good understanding of lead generation campaigns, retargeting, pixel/conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
    • Experience in monitoring and improving key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and related reporting tools
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Ability to work closely with creative, content, and sales teams
