Job Description

    As a Digital Product Manager, your typical week might include the following:Formulate product vision, strategy & roadmap; partner across the organization to ideate, design & ship digital products Create continuous value for the business by conceiving next generation digital assets for our customers Curate delightful experiences while staying competitive on industry standard digital asset features Align digital asset strategy to commercial plans and business objectives Create metrics that a multi-discipline team will analyze to build, adjust, or abandon features Lead brainstorming sessions and with to define business requirements and opportunities; translate strategic insights into customer facing experiences Manage development, changes & enhancements of the digital product Anchor product feature backlog with relevant stakeholders (Operations, Products, Sales, Digital Marketing, Legal and others) Explore, understand, and initiate development of digital experiences to eliminate friction in customer journey by leveraging the current and emergent digital ecosystemYou could be the right candidate if:Understand & craft successful product conceptualization & delivery by synthesizing the intersection of market environment, consumer behavior & business ambition Have a curious mind; measure what really matters and can design subsequent iterations basis insight Can break complex problems into smaller modules and adjust both product level features and portfolio level roadmap to build differentiated experiences Understand how Digital Product Management can jam together with UX, Content & Technology to truly accelerate customer experience and create unparalleled business value Collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively while balancing business impact, user experience & execution feasibility Hands on knowledge of behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools and SDLC tracking tools
