OnePlus is seeking a results- oriented and proactive individual for OnePlus India team. This role will contribute to the ongoing deployment of OnePlus digital marketing strategy, and focus on designing and developing digital marketing campaigns. This team member will join a small but entrepreneurial team on one of the fastest growing global brands.This is a full- time position based in Bangalore, IndiaJob Responsibilities The person will be responsible for driving social media insights for OnePlus using social media tools. Works with various departments to help provide actionable insights. The analyst should be comfortable using different social media listening, digital technologies and market research methodologies Understand business objectives, category/ competitive trends for our product categories Analyse data from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media sites to provide insights around community, campaigns/ contests Design and develop insightful excel/ word/ PowerPoint reports with storytelling the findings, conclusions and suggestions of social conversations/ data Ensure quality, accuracy and attention: data gathering, data processing and reporting Participate in team meetings Continuous research and conceptualize new analysis frameworks, innovate and market ideas contributing to enhancement of social media analysis capabilities Keeping an eye on the Social Media space around the globe to gain knowledge around latest trends in social media Hands on experience with social media listening and benchmarking tools Radian 6, Brandwatch, Sysomos, Crimsons Hexagon, Talkwalker, Socialbakers, Unmetric or Simplymeasured etc.) Requirements 2+ Years experiences on media analysis, graduation in any field (Marketing preffered) Strong research design skills and communication Skills Experience with data verification, quality control and analytics. Experience presenting deliverables with commentary, verbatim and visualization of data Knowledge of the latest tools & innovative research methodologies Capability to create meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations/ data Expertise in making search queries for social media listening Expertise in using different social media listening tools (Radian 6, Brandwatch, Sysomos, Crimsons Hexagon, Talkwalker, etc.) and popular social media benchmarking tools (Unmetric, Socialbakers),
