Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior DevOps Manager is to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure available, scalable and reliable business experiences in the daily management of the applications/systems in the business. They are responsible to ensure the team deliver and execute in alignment with solid DevOps principles and practices. Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management. Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company s data, tools and information systems. Ensures infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility. Usually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Working at NTTMission: To build, maintain and continuously evolve towards a best-in-class platforms enabling the BU to offer & deliver differentiated, global managed network services worldwide Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate on Implementation of AiOps Platforms Responsible to o Design solution to gather intelligence on emerging Network technologies through the monitoring & AiOps Platforms o Implement Technical Architectures that comply with Enterprise and Solution Architecture Standards o Drive AiOps Platform integration implementation with Automation platforms & Monitoring Platforms (Preferably Ansible) o To understand product and delivery requirements for monitoring AiOps o Lead the solution implementation with development teams.What will make you a good fit for the role Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience in Network Monitoring Solutions is required. Deep knowledge of the following technology space is a must: o Network Monitoring Technologies such as Broadcom UIM, Logic Monitor, Zabbix etc o AiOps Platforms such as Bigpada, Moogsoft etc o Ansible for Network Technologies o Active Discovery of Network Devices Knowledge on a range of Technology Vendor Network Routing and Switching technologies is required (Vendors include Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Aruba, Palo Alto etc) Experience and ability to carry out troubleshooting tasks. Knowledge of software development lifecycle tooling and methodologies including but not limited to git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jira, continuous integration and delivery strategies (CI/CD), application release automation tooling and approaches etc. Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery approaches is required Strong automation skills including proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language and use of source code management technologies, preferably git. Experience Required: 10 + Years of experience working in a large scale (preferably multi- national) Enterprise Network environment. Extensive experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns and best practices Experience in designing monitoring & AiOps Solutions for a Network environment (working in a MSP environment is a plus) Experience in integration network technologies such as Cisco, Aruba with monitoring Platforms Solid experience working in an agile development environment Proven client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management Evolve Event Management strategy with Delivery & Product Management Team on to AiOps Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications Ensure the technology stack is consistent to NTT security best practices. Building Strategies with Delivery team to enhance AiOps plans for alert enrichment and false alert handling Address any questions and clarification related to AiOps platforms both internally & externally where applicable,
