Job Description

    Director - Credit Analytics- You will build a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing portfolio analytics; actively monitoring performance data through the life cycle of a loan. You will help drive innovations that improve overall business performance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Leveraging large disparate datasets of internal and external data to identify revenue and/or loss mitigation opportunities for MPOWER - Analyzing and monitoring key metrics, concentrations, and stratifications of MPOWERs loan portfolios - Performing analytical deep dives on specific business segments to develop credit model, policy updates, and new products- Preparing industry analyses and benchmarks for MPOWERs loan portfolios- Ensuring that loan origination and performance data are accurate and reliable- Maintaining in-depth familiarity with the Companys underwriting process to help improve and support operational processes- Collaborating with across functional MPOWER teams to implement process improvements- Designing and building a credit risk analytics & management teamTHE QUALIFICATIONS : - Bachelors degree, or higher, preferably in a Quantitative field- 8+ years of experience analyzing large data sets using data programming skills- 5+ years of experience building, leading, and developing high performing teams- In depth understanding of credit risk pricing and management- Proven record of delivering high impact strategic business recommendations - Analytical minded with an ability to understand overall business operations and strong ability to prioritize for maximum impact- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and interact persuasively at all levels of the organization, including with internal and external stakeholders,
