Job Description

    The Head of Analytics mission is to help Atlanians derive real-time quantitative intel from our data. The role ensures that all internal functions have real-time visibility on health along with identifying growth levers, and opportunities for optimization.What will you do
    • Help define the data & analytics function at Atlan including but not limited to implementing the modern data tech stack and related architecture.
    • Partner with the function heads across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support and Strategy to understand the key business drivers
    • Lead complex deep-dive into business metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth triggers. Make recommendations to business leaders on the next course of action
    • Build and maintain metrics & dashboards that empower stakeholders to make real-time decisions backed by data
    • Strengthen the internal data architecture by working with data engineers to ensure comprehensive and reliable data is available for analysis
    • Optimize analytics processes to improve the effectiveness of reporting - make key data sets easily available, reduce rework, improve turn around time and quality of insights drawn

    • Prior experience building and managing a high-performance, cross-functional data & analytics team.
    • Experience with the modern data stack and experience in working with complex data systems and data visualization tools.
    • Strong experience (and track record) in leveraging data and applying advanced analytics solutions to solve business problems
    • Experience in driving operational improvement across data analytics practices
