Job Description

    Responsibilities:Create a platform like Kaggle to host ML competitions for colleagues in Global Decision Science to participate and cross-learn across multiple business functions Facilitate participation in various AL/ML conferences and organize AXP conference on AL/ML by inviting relevant industry experts Conceptualize and drive the creation of Digital Library in partnership with AI Labs and Tech Partners by leveraging AI advances for cataloguing, automatic assessments, and digital indexing of existing training contentHave a passion to leverage AI advances (like Computer Vision, Speech and NLP for content augmentation) for training content creation and related artefactsManaging interactions with diversified partners and SMEs with excellent project management and skillsBuild a diverse and dynamic teamAcademic Background:Masters/PhDs in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operation Research etc.)Experience:7+ years of hands-on experiences in ML/AI modeling or application.Prior exposure on designing, advancing, and driving curriculum and competitions for AI ML related themesBasic understanding of the modelling process in financial domain is a plusTeam player with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong track record of and managing and nurturing diversified team
