Manages inbound and outbound marketing functions for Fluke Industrial and Fluke Calibration brands. Primary responsibilities include strategy development, competitive assessment, product roadmaps, master pricing, promotion, demand generation, and increasing awareness and preference.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES1. Develops long-term strategic objectives and strategies; translates vision into realistic business strategies and create marketing plans.2. Overseeing the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, new product launches and Public Relations.3. Proficient in Digital Marketing.4. Developing and delivering marketing communications for the organization.5. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.6. Conduct market surveys to get VOCs.7. Maintains customer segmentation across multiple industry verticals including applications, pain points, and growth drivers and price performance charts.8. Managing the Marketing budgets for Fluke India.9. Oversee Leads Generation and Funnel Management.10. Leads Inside Sales/Technical Customer Support that enables lead conversion and customer satisfaction.11. Leadership: responsible for mentoring and development of marketing team and cross-functional mentorship of sales.12. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends13. Working closely with the company s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations14. Sound judgment makes timely decisions; readily understands complex issues; develops solutions that effectively address problems15. Credibility acts in accordance with stated values; follows through on promises; uses ethical considerations to guide decisions and actions16. Lead change supports activities that position the business for the future; offers novel ideas and perspectives17. Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team18. Translates function/KPI goals into actions for direct reports, EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelor s degree with 02 to 04 years management experience.2. Marketing knowledge and channel management experience are highly desired.3. Confident, entrepreneurial, results oriented, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.4. Ability to think outside the box .5. A team player with excellent problem solving skills.6. Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills7. Computer competent in terms of analytical & presentation skills.
