The position involves defining and implementing the Member Experience Strategy, leading a team of 25 professionals, and creating impactful programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction while delivering exceptional service for our members.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement member experience strategies aligned with organizational goals. Mentor and lead a team of experience managers and community associates. Oversee programs and events to foster collaboration, networking, and community-building. Manage budgets effectively and track performance through key metrics (KPIs). Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business strategies.What Were Looking For: Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry with a strong corporate background.
