What will you contribute
The Director of Analytics CoE supports the Senior Director of Performance Reporting and the Vice President of Commercial Finance in providing actionable and data - driven insight to the Finastra Leadership Team, supporting decision making and execution of the strategy of the business. This role leads Finastra s Finance Analytics Centre of Excellence, accountable for the development of analytical capability across Finance, driving consistency of reporting and analytics across the organization, and providing insight and analysis to identify revenue enhancing and cost saving opportunities. Key activities include: Development and delivery of the Analytics CoE function: including the deployment of the analytics roadmap, integration with technology partners, and analytic innovation. Development and training of the Analytics CoE in usage of performance analysis tools, methodologies and competencies. Reporting on financial performance, performing variance analysis on revenue and cost against plans and forecasts to identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad - hoc reports, development of dashboards and visualisations, and working with internal stakeholders to automate reporting and analysis content for self - service. Ensuring reporting data and system governance processes are adopted and complied with to provide one version of the truth across Finance and the organization. Providing leadership & talent management to the Analytics CoE team. This includes talent mapping, personal development plans & ongoing coaching to success. ,Keyskills :
