Job Description

About the teamCommercial team is responsible for procurement for both Inventory and Daily including product categories ((Books, Mobiles, Media etc.) They interact with the business development team to improve the supplier relationships. About the role

  • Knowledge of Packaging materials , Process and latest industry trend.Experience in Market place Packaging Eco-system and Packaging cost modeling .
  • Coordination with Business finance team for monthly/annual packaging budget and reconciliation
  • Should have been well versed with the RFX process in any ERP system , Sourcing tool knowledge and application
  • Should have knowledge of e2e Procure to Pay system
  • Well versed with materials planning and supply chain process & materials reconciliation procedures.
  • Vendor rating process setup and ABC analysis.
  • Should be aware of min-max level, re-order level & safety stock concepts
What you ll do:
  • Data creation, analysis to actionable interpretation of Quotes/cost breakup /projections etc.
  • Solution Provider In Crisis mgmt, Controlling Cost, Wastage reduction, Just In Time and supply scaleup
  • Advance negotiation skills and good exposure in bidding/auctions
  • Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions
  • Good supplier and stakeholder management to get things done, influencing people.
  • Knowledge of Packaging materials , Process and latest industry trend.Experience in Market place Packaging Eco-system and Packaging cost modeling .
What u need:
  • Academic Qualifications - BE/B.Tech + MBA or B.Tech +PG Diploma in Packaging or MBA
  • Experience - 12-14 years
  • Preferred Industry Experience in - eComm / Retail / FMCG / Logistics
