Driven by data and analytics, the team creates custom solutions for each client and is one of the fastest growing tribes at Epsilon India.Why we re looking for you:Epsilon is seeking a Director, Program Delivery with a proven record of accomplishment in leading, delivering and managing compelling digital solutions in support of overall business growth and revenue targets. Candidate should have a strong experience in managing complex application development projects involving database and digital technologies for external clients. Candidate should have led multiple projects through scope/discovery, estimation, project planning, development, implementation, post deployment support and driven progress towards delivery objectives established mutually with client in the SoW while ensuring that delivery best practices are employed.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in multiple project management methodologies- the management of multiple and simultaneous development projects. The candidate should have significant experience in people management, strong team and thought leadership and complex project/program management with both internal and external teams.Candidate should be able to establish and cultivate a culture of learning and innovation, continually identifying new ideas with an eye on improving project delivery and business success metrics.What you ll do:1. Drive project / program completion from initiation through delivery, be accountable for the project along with project sponsor2. Provide assistance in developing strategic approaches to the development of solutions3. Manage cross-functional teams (including direct and matrixed), project timelines for build and manage solutions. Must be able to lead teams without supervision, may manage direct reports4. Work with sponsors to ensure that projects are clearly defined, assist in developing any supporting documentation needed5. Create, update and maintain project plans and schedules to keep project teams aligned, maintain accurate project forecasts and statuses to project sponsors and stakeholders6. Manage change control processes, perform risk assessments and analysis7. Enforce delivery excellence and compliance, effectively apply project management methodology8. Track and report on project milestones, manage the quality and timelines of deliverables, monitor the performance against quality goals and implement corrective action as needed9. Establish/use/improve standard delivery methodology for delivering program goals (e.g. agile, waterfall, iterative) while effectively using version control tools, defect management tools, knowledge repository and team collaboration tools10. Provide PM leadership in the organization11. Develop and influence the culture of continuous improvement of delivery methodologies12. Establish and provide clear communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.,
