Primary responsibility will be to champion our Operations team into a global multi- cloud Infrastructure Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a team focused on transitioning from traditional Operations models to one that is emphasizes agility, scalability, and elasticity.Yodlee offers our employees fun and dynamic environment to grow their skills and further their careers.Responsibilities:Lead by example - demonstrate outstanding technical problem solving abilities by resolving complex, cross- functional issues.This is a technical leadership position requiring experience directing highly skilled SRE engineers and working with globally distributed teams who provide 24x7 support of Site Reliability Operations across various technologies.Lead, mentor and develop teams to support 24x7 operations while collaborating with various teams.Support planning, organizing, coordinating and delivering projects.Ensuring technical staff is current and trained on the latest technologies as well as new releases of our products.Engage cross- functionally and establish product process improvement plans to reduce support effort and increase product availability and scalability.Establishing operational objectives, strategies and work plans to improve current operations as well as planning for future products and customer requirements.Act as the primary liaison between Operations, Sustaining, Product and Engineering with regards to Operational focused enhancements Required Experience: Bachelor (4- year) degree, with a technical major or equivalent experienceAt least 15 years of experience in the industry5+ years experience working as an Operations Manager or 2+ years as a Technical ArchitectProven technical leadership of teams with an ability to influence changeWorking experience with common ITIL Service Lifecycle processes such as Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement.Broad experience in technology including database, performance, systems, networking and applications.Experience supporting external teams in delivering and executing transformational projects.Applications like Java, JBoss, Node.js, PythonDatabase knowledge: Oracle, MongoDBAPM tools: NewRelic, FoglightSystems knowledge: Linux and WindowsScripting Knowledge: Shell, Perl, Python or RubyStandard Experience: Monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery Preferred Experience:ITIL V3 Certification,
