With this opening, we are looking to hire a marketing associate for our Financial Services (FS) domain, a key division of our business in the iDEAS GBL.The marketing associate will be responsible for assisting in building awareness of Wipro FS domain as a leading provider of domain and consulting offerings. This person will assist in designing, developing and executing the integrated marketing plan for FS Domain and Consulting team, with a specific focus on the FinTech New Age Ecosystem a division within the FS domain, that is focused on driving digital transformation in the financial service industry by partnering with strategic FinTechs.Success will be measured by the ability to execute initiatives agreed upon, which will establish Wipro FS as a domain leader and in the highly competitive consulting space, changing the brand perception, and increasing awareness, consideration and demand for our capabilities across target customers, recruits, employees, media, Fintech ecosystem partners and more.This position is specifically responsible for the following:Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan for the FinTech New Age Ecosystem aligned to business goals.Build a web platform and marketplace for recruiting and engaging with FinTechs.Drive demand generation, researching, designing and executing campaigns to recruit partners to this marketplaceWork with key partners to develop a joint GTM plan, based on the individual account plan and relationshipWork with analyst relations team to achieve better mindshare and ratings for the FinTech New Age EcosystemAssist in developing and executing the overall FS Domain and Consulting marketing strategy, designed to engage customers, recruits, employees, analysts, media, ecosystem partners and other target segments.Assist in developing POVs, case studies, videos, solution collateral and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.Assist in overseeing the participation in industry analyst and advisor benchmark reports such as Forrester Waves, Gartner Magic Quadrants, Everest Waves, IDC PEAK Matrix, etc.RequirementsThe successful candidate possesses the following:5+ years of integrated marketing experienceExperience with digital marketing and building websites to promote products and servicesAbility to build strategic perspective, influence, and ability to execute itHigh impact communication across multiple formats: Full professional proficiency in EnglishThorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, partner marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practicesBackground of working in a FinTech is an added advantageAbility to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value propositionThe position reports to the Head of FS Domain and Consulting Marketing, iDEAS.
