Proficient in .Net 4.6 Good working experience of developing and designing development projects. Experience in Crystal Reports and SQL Server 2008 preferred. Mentor and motivate team members. Job Level Specific Duties Manages day-to-day delivery to ensure team is meeting or exceeding contractual and service level obligations to customers. Directs team in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. Oversees projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of moderately complex business process, system process, and industry standards. Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. Ensures processes and technical skills are in place to perform consistently and deliver high quality results and value to customer. Builds strong relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are achieved. Manages the hiring, staffing and development of a diverse and effective workforce. Applies strong knowledge of programming, technologies, processes, and methodologies to develop, maintain and support business applications. Mentors and trains less experienced resources. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 6-8 years relevant experience. (Previous managerial/leadership experience not required.) Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Skills Possesses and applies broad knowledge of applications programming principles. Competent to analyze diverse and complex problems. Competent to work in all phases of applications programming. Knowledge includes advanced work on standard applications programs including coding, testing and debugging. Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
